Patrushev and Philippine Security Council chairman Carlos discuss counterterrorism in Moscow

According to the press service of the Russian Security Council, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev discussed the issues of combating international terrorism in Moscow with the Director General of the National Security Council of the Philippines Clarita Carlos.
“Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Nikolai Patrushev, met with Clarita Carlos, Director-General of the National Security Council, National Security Adviser to the President of the Republic of the Philippines, in Moscow,” the message said. It was noted that Patrushev and Carlos discussed the status and prospects of bilateral cooperation between law enforcement, justice ministries and special services.
“Special attention was paid to issues related to the fight against international terrorism, transnational crimes and ensuring security in the field of information and communication technologies.
