Disguised as employees of the Russian FSB and the security services of banks, scammers offer naive Russians to “participate in the capture of criminals.” Why should you just take a loan or sell property and transfer money to “protected bank accounts”.

In fact, they remind the FSB, neither over the phone nor in person, that the security forces have no right to demand a transfer of funds to any account or transaction for the sale of property.
