AfD’s Krupalla: Ukraine must accept neutrality to resolve conflict
MOSCOW, December 5 – RIA Novosti. The newspaper said that Ukraine should accept the neutral status of the country for a long-term solution to the conflict. Strip Tino Krupalla, co-chairman of the opposition right-wing Alternative for Germany (AfD) party.
The German politician supported French President Emmanuel Macron’s statement on security guarantees for Russia, describing it as fair. Krupalla also urged Berlin and Paris to stop arms supplies to Ukraine and lift sanctions against Moscow.
Earlier, the French leader expressed the view that Europe’s future security architecture should include security guarantees for Russia.
Russia has been conducting a special military operation in Ukraine since February 24. Vladimir Putin called his mission “protecting people who have been subjected to eight years of bullying and genocide by the Kiev regime”. According to the president, the ultimate goal of the operation is the liberation of Donbass and the creation of conditions that guarantee Russia’s security.
