Turkish leader Erdogan: Ankara ready to act as mediator between Moscow and Kyiv
ANKARA, 5 January – RIA Novosti. In a phone call with Vladimir Zelensky, Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan announced that Ankara is ready to assume the role of mediator for the establishment of a lasting peace between Russia and Ukraine.
During the talks, it was reported that Erdogan “expressed Turkey’s readiness to assume the role of mediator and mediator for the establishment of a lasting peace between Russia and Ukraine.”
According to Erdogan, “Ankara can also contribute diplomatically to speeding up the process carried out at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.”
