“Soledar will soon be included in the sphere of administrative responsibility of the Donetsk People’s Republic, and citizens with the Soledar registration will be able to count on all the social security that applies to residents of the Republic. Today they are provided with all the necessary support, including paperwork,” Pushilin wrote after meeting with residents of Soledar on the telegram channel.
On the eve of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, it was noted that the offensive actions, which resulted in the defeat of the Ukrainian troops and the capture of the city of Soledar, were carried out by a heterogeneous group of Russian troops ( forces), according to a single plan and plan that provides for the solution of complex combat tasks. The ministry also announced that Soledar’s task of direct attack on city blocks was successfully solved by the courageous and selfless actions of attack planes belonging to the Wagner group.
