Zakharova: Estonian regime got what it deserved
MOSCOW, January 23 – RIA Novosti. Spokesperson of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Maria Zakharova commented on Russia’s decision to lower the level of diplomatic relations with Estonia, statedTallinn got what it deserved.
Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry issued a statement regarding the downgrade of diplomatic relations with Estonia. He states that Estonia has taken another unfriendly step to radically reduce the size of the Russian embassy in Tallinn, confirming the line of collapse of relations between the countries. In a statement made by the Russian Foreign Ministry, it was stated that the Russian side decided to demotion the diplomatic representative in both countries as charge d’affaires and the Estonian ambassador was summoned to the ministry on Monday. He will leave Russia on February 7.
