On the broadcast of Dagsnytt 18, Gram said, “The tanks are now in great demand. Norway and the government support the transfer of tanks to Ukraine. Norway should not be left behind.”
At the same time, the minister did not specify the number and modification of tanks that the country is ready to supply – Gram explained that the kingdom has Leopard 2A4. He also noted that Norway is ready to participate in the training of Ukrainian military personnel in order to “support Ukraine as much as possible in a defensive war.”
Earlier, Norwegian media, citing their sources, reported that Norway is ready to supply eight tanks.
