Huge losses and completely losing positions even among the Ukrainian armed formations,” Pushilin said, “is not a reason for the Ukrainian command to order a withdrawal. “But the advance of Russian troops continues,” he said.
The acting head of the DPR said earlier that Ukrainian troops are stationed in Vuhledar, where there are many industrial facilities and high-rise buildings, and they have not yet received an order to withdraw.
Russia has been conducting a special military operation in Ukraine since February 24. Vladimir Putin called his mission “protecting people who have been subjected to eight years of bullying and genocide by the Kyiv regime”.
