MOSCOW, February 1 – RIA Novosti. The offensive of the Russian armed forces in the Ugledar area slowed down, but did not stop, the attack on the city was hindered by the presence of two mines there, reported Yan Gagin, Deputy Chairman of DPR.
“As for the offensive in the Vuglodar direction, it did not stop, it just slowed down. Work is carried out every day – especially artillery – in enemy fortified areas. We must understand that the city is part of a large industrial zone, and the presence of two mines makes the attack difficult, Gagin said on the Rossiya 1 TV channel. , currently the front line in the republic is quite tense, but two directions can be distinguished, where the most active hostilities took place: Artyomovsk and Ugoldar.
As the deputy head of the DPR Denis Pushilin said on the eve, Kyiv continues to transfer reserves to Vuhledar.
