LUGANSK, February 4 – RIA Novosti. The deputy chief physician of one of the hospitals in the LPR told RIA Novosti that due to the Ukrainian shelling, a large number of wounded with shrapnel wounds began to arrive, while the victims did not hear “the arrivals” and did not have time to hide.
“Now, more and more wounded are coming, these are civilians who suffered shrapnel wounds as a result of artillery,” the doctor said.
He emphasized that the incoming patients did not hear the cannons. The agency’s interlocutor says, “Many people say they didn’t hear the explosions, they didn’t hear the incoming, it was a complete surprise that they got shrapnel wounds.”
