SIMFEROPOL, 8 February – RIA Novosti. The Ukrainian side is trying to throw saboteurs on the left bank of the Kherson region. reported Acting Governor of the region Vladimir Saldo.
“The DRGs are risking their lives to enter the (Dnieper’s) left bank, thinking they will not be seen day or night. The water surface is observed very closely, so on the “Soloviev Live” broadcast, Saldo said that the percentage of the probability of DRGs being hit by the water is definitely low. According to him, it is now almost impossible to cross the left bank of the Dnieper.River communication was stopped, as the Ukrainian side used civilian transport as a cover for the transport of saboteurs.
Kherson region became subject to the Russian Federation with the referendum held here. At the same time, the Ukrainian side does not recognize its legitimacy and continues to bombard the territory of the region. Today, 75% of the territory of the Kherson region is under Russian control, while the right bank, including the city of Kherson, the regional center of the region, remains under the control of Ukrainian troops.
