DTEK: Emergency cuts started in the Kiev and Dnepropetrovsk regions
MOSCOW, February 10 – RIA Novosti. Emergency cuts were launched in the regions of Kiev, Kiev and Dnipropetrovsk, reported in the Ukrainian energy holding DTEK.
Earlier on Friday, a weather alert was announced across Ukraine.
DTEK’s Telegram channel states, “Emergency cuts are implemented in the Kiev, Kiev and Dnepropetrovsk regions due to the threat of missile attack. This is a mandatory preventive step that will prevent significant damage to the energy infrastructure if enemy missiles hit the target.” .
Attacks on the Ukrainian infrastructure of the Russian Armed Forces began on October 10, two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge, behind which, according to Russian authorities, the Ukrainian special services stood. Attacks are being carried out against energy, defense industry, military command and communication facilities throughout the country. In December, Volodymyr Zelensky said that it is now impossible to completely restore Ukraine’s energy system.
