It was noted that even the more fortified second line of defense of the enemy did not carry out the breakthrough of the Russian army.
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation states that the Ukrainian army mined the area remotely with NATO-type anti-personnel mines covering their retreat, but the Russian motorized riflemen successfully managed to gain ground in the occupied lines and continue the offensive.
