The Wall Street Journal reports that American billionaire Elon Musk plans to build his own city on land he recently bought near Austin (the capital of Texas).
Yesterday, Thursday, the newspaper cites well-informed sources who claim that Musk, along with his employees in his companies, speaks of a kind of utopia in Texas, located on the banks of the Colorado River, where employees can work and live.
Some sources said the planned city would be adjacent to SpaceX and Boring Company buildings under construction in Texas. Model houses, swimming pools, an outdoor sports field and a gym have already been built here.

For his part, Steve Davis, Musk’s top adviser, spoke about his boss’s bigger plans, including building an entire big city.
It is known that, according to Texas state law, a city can register only after its population is at least 201 people.
Meanwhile, a representative for Bastrop County, where Musk’s next town is being built, said the department has not received a similar request from the billionaire or his affiliates.
