“As we are producing a small amount of ammunition, I have now instructed the Minister of Defense to check the possibilities of rapidly starting the ammunition production process in many places,” he said.
EU leaders supported a plan for accelerated ammunition transfers, joint purchases and an increase in military production to Ukraine at a summit in Brussels on Thursday.Previously, the heads of EU Foreign and Defense Ministries agreed on a plan at the political level. to supply one million ammunition to Ukraine in the next 12 months, as well as joint supply and production to replenish our own stocks and continue deliveries to Ukraine in the medium term.
