
Medvedev: After the end of the NMD Russia will need more weapons, we need a backup for the future
MOSCOW, March 24 – RIA Novosti. Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, believes that Russia will need more weapons even after the end of the special military operation.
“In terms of our military-industrial component. I think we still have a certain way to go, we need a backup for the future. That is absolutely clear. We will need more weapons even after the NMD is over.” He said in an interview with leading Russian media, including RIA News.
Medvedev added that Russia did not even come close to the Soviets in some positions, and approached in some positions.
