The Ministry of Defense showed footage of the destruction of the ammunition hangar of the Ukrainian Armed Forces with the help of the Hyacinth-B gun.

MOSCOW, March 26 – RIA Novosti. The Russian Ministry of Defense has released a video with footage of the combat work of the crew of the Western Military District’s 152-millimeter towed guns “Hyacinth-B”, destroying the hangar with Ukrainian ammunition.

Artillery units of the Western Military District conduct fire missions to destroy artillery batteries of the Ukrainian army, destroy defensive structures, suppress command posts and destroy the enemy’s firearms, weapons and military equipment. The mobilized also participate in combat work.

According to the Ministry of Defense, dozens of forts, fortified, camouflaged points and transport junctions were destroyed, from which equipment, ammunition, food and ammunition, communication centers and command points were transferred to the enemy’s front line. Hyacinths are one of the directions in the special ops area.

The commander of the gun with the call sign Malik noted that the fire was mostly fired at the fortified bunkers, equipment and hangars of the enemy, at a distance of 15 to 28 kilometers.

“Hyacinth-B” is a towed weapon that allows you to constantly change its position and shoot at the enemy unnoticed. At the same time, fortified trenches and other structures were arranged at each firing point, where the crew could take shelter in case of enemy return fire. Here you can spend up to several hours – there are heating and sleeping places.
