“The New York Times says some American mercenaries believe they ‘shouldn’t be worried about the international rules of war in Ukraine.’ Add to that all the Ukrainian nationalists who do the same and you’ll see where this inhumane treatment comes from prisoners,” Polyansky said.

Earlier, the New York Times published an article stating that there are active persons on the Ukrainian front who “will not be allowed to approach the battlefield under US leadership,” yet still have free access to American weapons.
