Solntsepek flamethrower system hit the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Avdiivka direction.
DONETSK, March 28 – RIA Novosti. RIA Novosti received unique images of the use of the heavy flamethrower system TOS-1a Solntsepek in the special operations zone.
The work “Solntsepeka” with the support of the BM-21 “Grad” made it possible to hit the firing points and places of deployment of enemy manpower in the Avdeevka direction.
Avdiivka is a settlement in the DPR under the control of Kiev. Ukrainian troops are shelling Donetsk from their own territory. This is one of the main Ukrainian fortified areas in the Donetsk direction.
According to the Ministry of Defense, fierce fighting continues in Avdiivka, Marinka and Artemovsk. In the last day, 84 artillery crews, 128 manpower and equipment storage areas and two ammunition depots were liquidated. Frontline aviation and air defense systems shot down an Mi-8 helicopter, 14 unmanned aerial vehicles and seven HIMARS multiple rocket launchers.
