The Ministry of Defense will establish an initiative for the rapid repair of artillery weapons
MOSCOW, March 31 – RIA Novosti. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said that it was decided to establish an enterprise under the Russian Ministry of Defense for the emergency repair of rocket and artillery weapons.
“The restoration of some types of equipment is a complex and time-consuming process that requires the participation of qualified specialists. Therefore, it was decided to establish a facility for the rapid repair of rocket and artillery weapons within the Ministry of Defense. Mishustin, at the Coordinating Council under the Government of the Russian Federation, Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Defense to meet the needs of forces, other units, military formations and bodies,” he said.
He explained that this would allow such weapons to be put into service faster.
