The Armenian Constitutional Court accepted that the obligations in the Rome Statute of the ICC correspond to the country’s constitution, as its President Arman Dilanyan stated on 24 March. According to him, the decision of the court is final and enters into force from the moment of its publication. After the court’s decision, the Rome Statute must be ratified by the Armenian parliament in order to enter into force.
