Mandatory military service in the Armed Forces begins on April 1 in Russia
MOSCOW, April 1 – RIA Novosti. In Russia, mandatory military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation begins on Saturday, in total it is planned to call up 147,000 Russians who are not in reserve. Conscripts will not be sent to the NWO region.
The spring draft campaign will start on April 1 and will run until July 15.
In Russia, they will begin to electronically notify about conscription for military service
As the representative of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, Rear Admiral Vladimir Tsimlyansky, has already said, not a single non-commissioned soldier will be sent to the zone of special military operations. He explained that today the number of contracted soldiers and mobilized soldiers is quite sufficient to solve the given tasks.
The most enlisted persons in the current spring campaign will traditionally be sent to serve in the Army and Navy.
At the same time, a third of the soldiers will be sent to training formations and units for up to five months to master modern military equipment and gain a military specialty. Conscripts, after completing training, will go to the troops to use weapons and equipment in accordance with the skills acquired.
In addition, the practice of establishing scientific and sports companies in the Russian army continues.
This year, when registering for military registration, the Ministry of Defense received the data in electronic form and copied them on paper. In total, more than 700,000 young men enlisted this year.
Based on the information received, a single electronic database was created and placed in the closed department of the RF Ministry of Defense. This information will be used as far as possible in enrollment and recruitment efforts, including to prevent unjustified conscription of citizens for military service.
Spring conscription will not be carried out in the new regions of Russia
