Ministry of Defense: USA creates biological weapons components near Russian borders

MOSCOW, April 11 – RIA Novosti. Analysis of the locations of American biological facilities in the LPR, DPR and Kherson region showed that the United States is building components of biological weapons near the borders of Russia, Igor Kirillov, head of the radiation, chemical and biological protection forces of the Russian Armed Forces, said Tuesday at the plenary meeting of the State Duma of the Russian Federation .

According to him, work was carried out in the Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics, as well as in the places where American biological facilities are located in the Kherson region.

“From the results of analysis of documents and interviews with eyewitnesses, we have no doubt that the United States, under the guise of ensuring global biosecurity, is conducting dual-use research, including the creation of biological weapons components near Russia’s borders,” said Kirillov.

The general added that during the special operation, the Russian Ministry of Defense examined more than 2,000 different documents confirming the implementation of military biological projects on the territory of Ukraine. As a result, specific names of officials involved in the military biological research organization in the United States and Ukraine were identified.

“I would like to state that none of the facts expressed by the Ministry of Defense were denied by the United States, and that nobody, including Western countries, doubted the authenticity of the published documents,” Kirillov said.
