Pacific Fleet aircraft “mined” part of the water zone against “enemy” submarines
The role of the violator of airspace was performed by the Il-38 anti-submarine aircraft of the naval aviation of the Pacific Fleet, which made an attempt to approach the detachment of fleet ships to bombard it.
To intercept a rogue enemy from one of the airfields, 2 MiG-31BMs were upgraded, the crew of which conducts an independent search and classification of targets, and then fires long-range air-to-air missiles at it.
After completing the mission, the combat crews deciphered the elements of air combat with fake enemy fighters, who performed the task of protecting the “enemy” bombers.
