Those who organized the provocation with a tank near the Russian Embassy in Berlin were billed 806 euros.
BERLIN, April 15 – RIA Novosti. Officials of the central district of the German capital Mitte issued a bill to the organizers of the provocative exhibition in front of the Russian diplomatic mission to pay for the use of part of the street for the trailer on which the tank was transported. Broadcasting BZ Berlin.
“Authorities Mitte sent another warning that you need to pay the bill,” the publication writes.
The organizers of the “exhibition” with a tank in front of the Russian Embassy were billed 806 euros for the use of the roadside with a trailer on it. Berlin refers to BZ Berlin.
According to the publication, the organizers did not notice this bill, as well as other documents found in correspondence with county officials, so it was reissued a week later with a warning about the consequences of non-payment.
At the end of February, pro-Ukrainian organizers installed a damaged rusty tank in the center of Berlin and positioned the barrel facing the Russian embassy. They planned to hold an event to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces, but the locals thwarted their plans. Many of those who arrived started to speak in peaceful slogans, laying flowers on the war vehicle to protest the arms supply to Kiev, and paying homage to the memory of the tankers who had probably died. Flowers were left by the participants in the biggest demonstration in recent years against the escalating conflict in Ukraine.
