Ukraine’s Deputy Foreign Minister Melnyk urged allies to cross red lines in arms supply

Russia had previously sent a note to NATO countries for arms supplies to Ukraine. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov noted that any cargo containing weapons for Ukraine would become a legitimate target for Russia.
