According to the RIA Novosti correspondent, a sniper rifle was presented in Chechnya – joint development of Chechen instructors from the Russian Special Forces University (RUS) and the Bespoke Arms company, head of the region Ramzan Kadyrov attended the presentation, RIA Novosti correspondent reported.
Kadyrov was accompanied at the Russian base by the Russian public figure Viktor Bout (LDPR), who arrived in Chechnya a few days ago.

According to the information obtained from the press service of the university, the weapons manufacturers will transfer 17 previously ordered high-precision rifle systems of their own production to the training center, including a model developed jointly with RUS sniper trainers. “This is a high-tech, high-precision sniper system. All the concepts implemented on it are ours. Not everyone in the world uses this technology because it’s basically not cost effective, but they used it here. And it turned out to be very effective,” he said.
