Flights of civil unmanned aerial vehicles in the Voronezh region are prohibited until the abolition of the intermediate response regime introduced in the region on October 19, 2022.

If possible, you should take a photo or video of the drone and the operator controlling it for later transfer to law enforcement. “If you receive additional instructions (recommendations) from the Voronezh Region duty services of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the Federal Security Service of Russia, act in accordance with them.”
At the same time, city officials say the situation in the region and the city remains “calm and manageable.”
