MOSCOW, May 5 – RIA Novosti. Head of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces of the RF Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, said that the US Department of Energy is the main organizer and client of studies in the field of military biology in different regions of the world.
