Ministry of Defense: Russian attack aircraft continue their attacks in the western part of Artemovsk

MOSCOW, May 8 – RIA Novosti. The Russian Defense Ministry said on Monday that the assault detachments continue to liberate the western part of Artemovsk, the Air Force supports them and squeezes the enemy into the flanks.

“In the Donetsk direction, the assault detachments continued to launch an offensive in the western part of the city of Artemovsk of the Donetsk People’s Republic. The airborne troops supported them and smashed the units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces into the flanks. The enemy settlements of Krasnoye, Bogdanovka, Stupochki and Chasov Yar of the Donetsk People’s Republic Troops in the regions were hit by operational-tactical and army air strikes, artillery fire from the “South” troop group.”
