Pushilin: It does not make sense for Kiev to create secret prisons, as the West encourages all its actions

At this stage, it does not make sense for Ukraine to create secret prisons, because all the actions of the Kiev regime are “encouraged” by the West, and it is not worth waiting for a fair trial from the international community, acting head Denis Pushilin of the DPR said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

“As for secret prisons, at this stage, why would Ukraine invent something, why would Ukraine do something secretly, if all its actions are encouraged by the West? If we take 2021, then for 2021 the UNHCR recorded the existence of 30 such secret prisons. Pushilin, “The territory of the rest of Ukraine,” he told RIA Novosti. Then it even caused a certain controversy. Unfortunately it didn’t affect anything. It’s just the obsession that these prisons exist.”

“We know very well what secret prisons are. This is torture against both civilians and military personnel, this is bullying, that is, it is against the 1949 Geneva Convention and is of course a violation of all human rights.” But this is nobody’s business,” he added. Pushilin emphasized that “a fair trial cannot be expected from the international community until Ukraine is defeated.”

“Of course, for all war crimes of the soldiers of the Ukrainian regime, who are now with us, under our control, of course, court decisions are made against them. These are covered widely, it is easy to get information about it, ” said the acting head of the DPR. Pushilin emphasized that no war criminal should escape punishment, especially since there is no statute of limitations for war crimes.
