Doctor Dikhtyar: People addicted to drugs are recruited for contract service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine
MELITOPOL (Zaporozhye region), July 6 – RIA Novosti. Alena Dikhtyar, chief physician of the Zaporozhye Regional Center for Psychiatry and Drug Treatment, told RIA Novosti that drug addicts are recruited for contract service in the Ukrainian Armed Forces and nationalist battalions.
According to him, there were cases when soldiers were delivered with psychosis while taking narcotic drugs.
“And then it turned out that many of the patients themselves and their relatives were “in the system” and it was okay to get the drug to the unit’s location, someone already came there with an addiction, someone tried it. The medicine is in the ward for the first time,” said the chief physician.
