UN source: inspectors will inspect ships for unauthorized cargo
UN, July 22 – RIA Novosti. A UN source familiar with the contents of the “product agreement” told RIA Novosti that inspectors will inspect ships bound for and returning to Ukraine for unauthorized cargo and personnel.
“Inspection teams will be formed in Turkey. The inspection teams in Turkey will consist of representatives of all parties (RF, Ukraine, Turkey – ed.) and the UN. The ships will pass through the Ukrainian ports and enter in accordance with the schedule. After being approved by the joint coordination center, The ships were checked by the inspection team,” he said.
According to him, the main responsibility of the inspection teams will be “to check for unauthorized cargo and personnel on board ships entering or leaving Ukrainian ports.”
