Shoigu: Memorandum includes UN involvement to lift restrictions on food exports
MOSCOW, July 22 – RIA Novosti. Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that two documents were signed in Istanbul aiming to solve the problems experienced in the supply of food and fertilizer to world markets.
“The first document – a memorandum – contains the participation of the UN in the lifting of various restrictions on the export of Russian agricultural products and fertilizers to world markets.” “The second document defines the algorithm for the export of Ukrainian agricultural products from the Black Sea ports controlled by Ukraine,” Shoigu said.
