DPR Ministry of Emergencies: One person died, two were injured in a strike organized by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on a brewery in Donetsk
DONETSK, August 11 – RIA Novosti. According to the Ministry of Emergencies of the DPR, at the time of the offensive of the Ukrainian troops there were 32 people at the brewery in Donetsk, at least one person was killed and two more were injured.
On the evening of August 10, the DPR Regional Defense Headquarters announced that an ammonia spill had occurred as a result of the bombing of the Donetsk brewery in the Kalininsky district by Ukrainian troops.
According to the agency, 600 square meters of plastic containers and pallets are burning on the territory of the brewery in Donetsk after the Ukrainian troops struck.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the DPR sent SMS messages to residents of the Kalininsky District, urging them to breathe with gauze bandages and insulate the building. At around 02:00 Moscow time, rescuers reported that the leak had been stopped.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine regularly bomb settlements in the DPR and LPR. For attacks, among other things, 155 mm cannons are used, which are used by NATO countries.
Since February 24, Russia has been conducting a special operation to demilitarize and de-Nazis Ukraine. The country’s President Vladimir Putin described his mission as “protecting people who have been subjected to eight years of bullying and genocide by the Kyiv regime.” According to the head of state, the ultimate goal of the operation is the liberation of Donbass and the creation of conditions that guarantee Russia’s security.
