SIMFEROPOL, 26 August – RIA Novosti. Ukrainian troops intensify the bombardment of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, six more shells have been fired in the past hour, knowledgeable Press service of Energodar city government.

Earlier, it was reported that Ukrainian security forces carried out an artillery attack on the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant on Friday. Four hits were recorded in the Zaporizhzhya NPP in the field of storage of radioactive isotopes.

“In the last hour, criminal forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired another 6 artillery shells from the opposite side of the Dnieper. In the current day, 10 artillery strikes were recorded on the territory of the nuclear power plant. Explosions occurred in the immediate vicinity of the storage of nuclear isotopes,” the report says.
