MOSCOW, September 10 – RIA Novosti. The head of the CAA, Vitaly Ganchev, said that the military-civil administration of the Kharkiv region will provide one-time assistance to refugees in the amount of ten thousand rubles.
“It has been decided to pay ten thousand rubles to all citizens once. People are asking what will happen to their salaries. The military-civilian administration has decided to pay off all salaries as of May,” he said. .
On Saturday, Ganchev said authorities had begun evacuating people from Kupyansk, Izyum, Shevchenkove and Balakleya and urged residents to leave their homes in the war zone. As the head of the CAA noted, management staff are ready to provide assistance to refugees at temporary shelters and checkpoints.
It was previously reported that a multi-kilometer refugee line from the Kharkiv region is lined up at the Russian border. People are leaving their homes due to the continued shelling of Ukrainian forces.
Since February 24, special operations have been carried out to navy and demilitarize Ukraine. Vladimir Putin described his mission as “protecting people who have been subjected to eight years of bullying and genocide by the Kyiv regime”.
